What we collect and why
- If you join the list: your first name and email address, so we can send you the prompts and updates about the podcast.
- If you apply to be a guest: the details you put in the form, so we can decide whether you are a good fit and contact you.
- If you are confirmed as a guest and send your guest profile: your bio, photo, social media and product links, so we can introduce you and promote your episode. We only publish them with your permission.
We only collect this when you choose to send it to us. Our legal basis is your consent.
Who sees your details
Your details are held by the services we use to run this website and to send email. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep them
We keep list details until you unsubscribe. We keep guest applications for as long as we are considering guests for the show, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in every email. Email us at the address above.
